Most homeowners call us in October thinking about Christmas, and that's still the bulk of what we do. But the same crew, the same commercial-grade product, and the same ladders work just as well in March or July. Once your home has been measured and mapped for a lighting layout, changing the colors for another holiday is straightforward, and you get a decorated house without ever opening the garage.
Our Christmas light installation service is where most families start. From there it's easy to add Halloween, the Fourth of July, St. Patrick's Day, Diwali, or any other date that matters to your family. Some customers keep it to one holiday a year. Others have us out three or four times. Both are fine.
Every display is custom fitted to your home, so the finished product looks clean and intentional rather than improvised. LIT Christmas Lights is fully insured, so the moment our team steps onto your property, it's our responsibility, not yours.
What Our Installation Service Includes
Every job is full service. We show up with everything needed, install it, and take it back down when the holiday is over. There's nothing for you to store, untangle, or replace next year.
We only use commercial-grade lights and clips. Big box store strands are built to be cheap, not to survive a season outdoors, and they're the reason so many displays have a dark section by the second week. Ours don't. We also never use nails or staples. Everything mounts with hardware that leaves your home's exterior exactly as we found it.
Rooflines are the backbone of most displays, but they're rarely the whole picture. We also handle trees and shrubs, porch columns, walkways and driveways, and wreaths. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll put together a layout that fits the house.
Booking and Scheduling
Holiday lighting is seasonal work, which means the calendar is the real constraint. Christmas books up first and books up fast, usually well before Thanksgiving. Halloween and the summer holidays have more room, but the good dates still go early.
We work throughout Essex County and the surrounding towns, and we're happy to talk through options before you commit to anything. Ask about our early discount program while you're at it — booking ahead is the single easiest way to spend less.
